The start finish will be at the new North Valley Food Bank location! Warm, indoor day of registration will be a welcome change.
Bring non-perishable food to the start of the race and help us donate more than the 650 pounds of food we gave to North Valley Food Bank last year. In particular, the food bank needs: Canned fruit, canned soup, frozen veggies and spices.
We wont have any shirts or swag to give out this year, but we’re hoping to donate more than the $2000.00 we gave to the food bank last year. Come support our community while helping your own body before we go home and eat far too much food.

Aid Stations and Course Guides
Restrooms will be available at North Valley Food Bank. Water will be available at the start/finish area only – BRING YOUR OWN CUP. The course will be marked with 8.5×11” signs and volunteers will also be at all intersections to cheer you on and make sure you stay on course. If you stop without finishing the race then you need to check in with a volunteer, police officer or race official before leaving. Otherwise, we’ll waste unnecessary time looking for you!

0-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Every kid will get a finishers ribbon as they cross the finish line (speak up if you think your a kid and we don’t… we’ll be happy to give you one :).
We’ll give the first male and female across the finish a medal and also the first dog and stroller.
Inside the food bank you can print a personal results sticker and if that shows you in 1st or 2nd in your age group then you will also get a medal.
