For the first time since I started timing races, I actually got to spend a Thanksgiving outside the tent! Thanks lukeagalloway for making the magic happen so I could get out and give Cora a proper first Thanksgiving morning experience. Gradually getting the hang of racing with a stroller.

The tenth(!) annual Mountain Running Film Festival is returning to the Wilma this year on Thursday, November 9! Join Montana Trail Crew for food, drinks, special guests, merchandise, and prizes – not to mention some incredible films to get you stoked on trail running!

‘Twas quite a day on the mountain for the 2023 finale on Short Track Sunday ™️

The name of the game is to hit the gas pedal and see how long you can keep turning the gears over.

Our diabolical course setter designed a route which is somehow uphill both ways with literally zero places to recover… mtcx short track course is absolutely brutal to race but it sure is fun to watch! 😆☠️

8TH PLACE OVERALL. 1ST IN MY AGE/GENDER CLASS. 6:50 A MILE!!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN HERE FOR ME AND SUPPORTED ME THROUGH THIS!!

I am absolutely beside myself right now. I never thought in a million years that this was going to be the end result. I cannot believe that within a short span of time from just a couple of weeks ago to now my pace and 10K PR has been once again broken and I got a top 10 finish on one of the most important events in my schedule.

Thank you to everyone who is a part of the governorscup team for putting this all together and making it what it was. Thank you to the volunteers, the emergency services workers, spectators, and sponsors. That course was HARD and I`m definitely going to feel it tomorrow, but that`s okay with me. <3

Furthermore, congratulations to the winner of the 10K – Carter Heggem. 15 years old and FLYING at almost 5:30 a mile. Heck of an achievement dude, and I hope I can even come close to that someday.

Good Vibes Friday on day two at mtcx___ usacycling uci_mountainbike Missoula XC

The rain held out and we had a spectacular day on marshall_mountain_park. Today the racers were treated to a taste of the local favorite Hello Kitty trail

bearnationalteam won the elite juniors with raulito_gutierrez_22 and vida_lopezdesanroman taking back to back victories. 🐻🩷🩵💚

michaelamthompson for Durango teamsegment28 won the elite women’s group by an incredible three minutes (!) while bradyn.lange orangesealed orangesealacademy took first for the men.

Ps- Bradyn and second-place finisher logan_sadesky completed their final lap in under 22 minutes each… which is honestly hard for me to even wrap my mind around 🤣😂
